Delivery: Orders
Active orders kanban, statuses, PIN, courier, and cancellation.
The Orders tab is the operational board. It shows whether deliveries are open or paused and the approximate time until delivery (calculated from completed orders).
Header
- Pause / Resume deliveriesOptional
Stop accepting new orders or reopen (depending on permissions).

Read-only; based on completed deliveries.
Kanban columns
- Received → Preparing → On the way → Completed (delivery).
- For pickup: … → Ready for pickup → Completed.
- You can drag orders between columns if you have permission to manage orders.
Order detail
- Delivery PIN / Pickup PINOptional
Code that confirms the courier or pickup.
- Assign courierOptional
Choose an active courier (hidden in Uber mode or pickup orders).
- Customer note / Items / TotalsOptional
Special request, line items, surcharge, shipping, and total.
- Customer and addressOptional
Name, phone, and address (or pickup at the venue).
- Advance status / Send with Uber / Track Uber deliveryOptional
Depending on mode and current status.
