Completed and cancelled orders with filters and detail.
The History tab lists closed orders. It appears once there is history.

Date range.
- SearchOptional
Order no., name, phone, or address.
- StatusOptional
All, Completed, or Cancelled.
- RefundedOptional
All, Yes, or No.
- Table: Order, When, Customer, Status, Total.
- Pagination: per page, previous/next.
